Early dismantling is disruptive to the exhibit show. Therefore, exhibitors may not pack, tear down, or remove any portion of the exhibit prior to the official closing which is at 3:00 p.m. An early dismantle fee of $500 will be charged to any exhibitor Cornerstone determines to have begun packing and/or dismantling any portion of their exhibit prior to show closing. Failure to pay the assessed fine will result in losing their priority status in the next exhibit and exhibitor may be refused the opportunity to exhibit the following year.
