Srinivas Njay is founder and CEO of interface.ai. He has more than a decade of experience in artificial intelligence, including earning a master’s degree and serving at Microsoft. He founded interface.ai to help financial institutions deliver real-time, intent-driven support through an out-of-the-box AI assistant that provides 24/7 help and guides members from onboarding to financial wellness. Today, interface.ai partners with about 100 financial institutions across the United States. He focuses on deploying AI that improves service, reduces fraud risk, and strengthens member trust. Previously, Njay led digital strategy for a financial institution that scaled from inception to several billion dollars in assets. He was featured by Forbes as the “Bootstrap Baller” for building interface.ai as a bootstrapped company, and in October 2024 the company announced a milestone funding round.
