• Friday, Dec. 19:  Reservations cancelled on or before Dec. 19 will not be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. 
• Saturday, Dec. 20: Reservations cancelled after this date will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee per room. 
• Wednesday, Feb. 18: As of this date, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.  In addition, all cancellations are subject to a fee equal to one night’s room and tax paid to the hotel.

To submit a waitlist request, you must have a current hotel reservation. When rooms become available that meet your request, a member of the onPeak team will notify you no later than Feb. 13, 2026. Please note that any changes after Feb. 14 may result in a cancellation fee for the original hotel booked.
