Marketplace Fee

Price per space (tabletop) - $3,800 

**The wall at the top of the diagram will open between the expo

and general session for receptions**

Deadlines

Fee Includes

  1. One 6’ table with (2) two chairs.
  2. Two full conference registration.
  3. Monday's Welcome Reception, Tuesday's Marketplace Reception, and Wednesday Night Signature Event, all meals, and all educational sessions are included with conference registration.
  4. Exhibitor listing and description of your services in Event App
  5. Pre-conference attendee list for promotional mailings three weeks prior (Cornerstone does not provide email addresses).

July 23 - Reservation and payment must be received

August 11 - Attendee list sent to Marketplace vendors

Marketplace Cancellations
A $200 deduction is made on cancellations for vendor fair received in writing prior to July 24.  No refunds will be made after this date.
