Greg Khilstrom is a bestselling author, speaker, and entrepreneur who has worked on customer experience, marketing, and digital transformation initiatives with the world’s top brands, including Coca-Cola, Dell, FedEx, GEICO, Marriott, MTV, Starbucks, Toyota, and VMware. He serves on the University of Richmond’s Customer Experience Advisory Board and was founding chair of the American Advertising Federation’s National Innovation Committee. Khilstrom has written eight books, including Meaningful Measurement of the Customer Experience (2022) about how to tangibly tie ROI to customer experience. His podcast, The Agile Brand is now in season four and discusses brand strategy, marketing, and customer and employee experience with thought leaders around the world. He is a contributing writer to Forbes and has been featured in Advertising Age, Communication Arts, and The Washington Post.
