Professional trainer Shawn Johnson is the “strategist for generational inclusion” whose passion is working with leaders to encourage inclusive collaboration between generations. Johnson shares solutions for attracting and developing inspiring leaders at every level, as well as motivating and engaging a generationally inclusive workforce. Some of her clients include Association for Talent Development, Ryder Systems, Inc., Institute for Management Accountants, and Capstone Business Resources. Johnson is a member of the John Maxwell team, a certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant, and Next Gen facilitator. She has a BS in marketing from University of Nebraska and spent decades as a sales and marketing professional in industries. Growing up in a multi-generational family business has led her to value older and younger generations working together.
