Pierre Cardenas, MBA, has 30 years’ experience and has served in executive positions at institutions with assets from $140 million to $1 billion. Cardenas has built consumer, mortgage, indirect, and commercial programs, along with remote delivery channels and retail experiences. He has held compliance positions and maintains his NCCO designation. He brings extensive operations, sales, and service experience and has created and managed culture transformation programs across the U.S. Cardenas started an “Innovators of Change” business in 2008 while serving as SVP of retail at a $540 million CU. In 2010, he joined CU Lending Advice, specializing in direct lending solutions. In 2015, Cardenas joined Capitol CU as CEO.
