Last day to:

  • Submit or revise company description
  • Contract at regular booth price with 30 day net payment option
  • Cancel booth and receive a partial refund
  • Purchase additional expo only badges at $300 rate. After this date, badges are $350 each.

At the Show

Tuesday, September 3
  • Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration (3:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
Wednesday, September 4
  • Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration (8:00 am - 5:30 pm)
  • Exhibitor Move-In (8:00am - 3:00 pm)
  • Expo Solutions Grand Opening (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

Thursday, September 5
  • Expo Solutions & Refreshment Break (10:00am - 11:00am)
  • Expo Solutions & Refreshment Break (2:30pm - 4:30pm)
  • Dismantle & Exhibitor Move-Out (4:30pm - 6:00pm)*

*NOTE ABOUT TEARDOWN - Early dismantling is disruptive to the Exhibit Show. Therefore, exhibitors may not pack, tear down, or remove any portion of the exhibit prior to the official closing which is at 4:30 p.m. An early dismantle fee of $500 will be charged to any exhibitor Cornerstone determines to have begun packing and/or dismantling any portion of their exhibit prior to show closing. Failure to pay the assessed fine will result in losing their priority status in the next exhibit and exhibitor may be refused the opportunity to exhibit the following year.

 INCLUSION: Change Makers (1:00pm - 5:00pm) - $175

Thursday, September 5       
  • Networking Luncheon (12:00pm - 1:30pm) - $40 per ticket.
  • Foundation SYNG event (6:00pm - 10:00pm) - $125 per ticket 

Tickets can be purchased during conference registration.
You will receive registration details after your booth is booked.

Shipping Information

Exhibitor is responsible for shipping arrangements.

All shipments must be prepaid. Further instructions are provided in the Grit Decorator Kit
sent to you via email after receipt of signed contract and payment.
