Demo Add-On Guidelines:
All demos must be submitted for review and approval to ensure a high-quality experience for attendees. Please follow the guidelines below when preparing your submission:
Who Can Submit:

Any confirmed exhibitor with a booth at the 2025 ELEVATE: Leadership Summit
-
Demo Add-On must be selected and will be invoiced after approval. Once approved, payment is due within 15 business days
Demo Criteria:
-
Must feature a product, service, or solution relevant to credit union operations
-
Products or features must be launched within the last 12 months or will be launched in the next 6 months
-
Must be educational, engaging, and not purely promotional
-
No PowerPoint-only presentations—demos must be hands-on, visual, or interactive
Submission Requirements:

Demo title (max 10 words)

Short description (100 words or fewer)

Must be submitted by July 31, 2025
Review Process:

Demos will be reviewed by the event team to ensure content aligns with event standards

Approval notifications will be sent by August 4.

Space is limited—demos will be approved on a rolling basis until all slots are filled

ALL BOOTHS INCLUDE:
- 10' X 10' Booth Space
- Carpeted Booth Area
- 8' High Draped Back Wall
- 3' High Draped Side Wall
- Company Identification Sign
- (1) One 6’ Skirted Table & (2) Two Chairs
- Foyer booths include Tuesday night Welcome Reception in the Dallas Pre-function
- (2) Two Comp Full Conference Registrations with a standard booth/foyer booth. (includes all but lunch and SYNG)
- (4) Four Comp Full Conference Registrations with a premium booth. (includes all but lunch and SYNG)
- Pre-Conference Attendee Mailing List - 3 Weeks Prior to Show Date (Cornerstone does not provide member emails)
- Exhibitor Logo & Description on Summit Website
- Exhibitor Listing & Description (50 word maximum) in Event App (if submitted by August 1, 2025)

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS
- Additional booth personnel may register in advance for $400 for EXPO ACCESS ONLY through July 25, 2025.
- After July 25, 2025, and on-site, the additional badge fee for EXPO ACCESS ONLY is $450 each for expo hall only.
- Additional FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS are $600 each, regardless of date (includes all but networking lunch, and SYNG event).
- A maximum of four (4) people are allowed at one time in a booth.
There are no refunds for cancellation of additional exhibitor registrations. Prices are subject to change.

FLOOR PLAN
Red booths are premium booths (corner location).
White booths are standard booths (non-corner locations).
Foyer booths include a Welcome Reception on Tuesday.
Blue Booths are partner booths
